Bath Racecourse Executive Director, Russell Smith said “We have four midweek race days during July including two evening and two afternoon races. We are very proud of the facilities that we have to offer at the racecourse since the multi-million pound redevelopment in 2016 and want to provide more opportunities for our close neighbours to come and see the changes and enjoy their local recourse if they haven’t already.”

The traditional Sprint and Stayers Series’ get underway this week, which we are excited to have conclude during the inaugural Bath Cup Festival in September.”

As the England team get underway in the group stages of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, our local side, Bath City FC, are starting to plan for the new season with their first pre-season friendly on Tuesday 10 July. To show our support for Bath City and to give racegoers an opportunity to enjoy the World Cup Semi-Final game on Wednesday 11 July, Bath Racecourse has created a summer World Cup feast, which is set to be a great evening of racing, football and food.
For just £39, racegoers can gain hospitality entry into the racecourse, including a reserved table throughout the evening. The package also includes an all-you-can-eat feast of world foods, with live racing from 6.10pm and screens showing the World Cup Semi-Final, which kicks off at 7pm.
